With over five decades of rich and diverse experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, Mr. Prafull Keshav Haldikar is a seasoned industry leader and one of the key visionaries behind Metacast Auto Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Haldikar began his entrepreneurial journey by establishing a machine shop, laying the foundation for his long-standing commitment to precision engineering. In 2007, he ventured into foundry operations, starting with a 300 kg furnace and manual molding line, achieving a monthly production capacity of 60 MT. Demonstrating his drive for innovation and scalability, he expanded operations in 2011 by installing a modern sand plant with Arpha molding manual line, increasing the monthly capacity to 300 MT.

His technical acumen, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and unwavering focus on quality have played a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of Metacast Auto. He continues to guide the organization with strategic foresight, emphasizing operational excellence, team development, and customer-centric practices.

Mr. Gautam Prafull Haldikar brings a dynamic and forward-thinking leadership style to Metacast Auto Pvt. Ltd., backed by two decades of experience in the manufacturing and casting industry. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a passion for innovation, he has played a crucial role in the company’s modernization and expansion.

In 2012, Mr. Haldikar led the expansion of the machining unit, enhancing in-house capabilities and streamlining the production process. Recognizing the need for automation and high-precision molding, he installed a Sinto Japan Molding Machine and Molding Line with Shri Sakti Sand Plant in 2018, scaling the foundry’s monthly production to 450 MT.

Under his strategic direction, Metacast Auto currently boasts a production capacity of 700 MT/month. In 2024, he spearheaded the launch of a new state-of-the-art foundry unit at Kagal Five Star MIDC, with a capacity of 1,000 MT/month. Looking ahead, Mr. Haldikar envisions further expansion of the existing foundry unit and the integration of robotic machining solutions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to technological excellence and future-readiness.

His leadership reflects a perfect blend of engineering expertise, innovation, and business acumen, making him instrumental in positioning Metacast Auto as a trusted name in the casting industry.

A veteran of the Indian automotive industry, Mr. Dinesh Munot brings unparalleled leadership, experience, and strategic vision to Metacast Auto Pvt. Ltd. With a strong academic background in electrical engineering and membership in the Institution of Engineers (India), Mr. Munot has dedicated over 38 years to advancing automotive manufacturing in India.

His distinguished career began with ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd, where he took charge as Chief Executive in 1984. He was later appointed Managing Director in 1987, and from 2010, served as Chairman & Managing Director. In 2019, at his own request, he assumed the role of Whole-time Director and Chairman of the Company, continuing to provide guidance and governance at the highest level.

Mr. Munot has also made significant contributions to the industry at large, having been elected President of the Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA). His remarkable contributions were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Nagar Road Industry Chamber of Commerce, Pune, in October 2008.

His presence on the board reflects the company’s commitment to industry-leading standards and visionary growth.

Mr. Utkarsh Munot is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with strong academic roots and a global perspective. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering along with a Diploma in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. His education has equipped him with a solid foundation in both engineering and strategic business management.

He began his professional journey with ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd. in 2004 as Manager–Works. Rising through the ranks, he was appointed Executive Director in 2006, and later, Executive Director & CEO in 2016. In August 2019, he was elevated to the esteemed position of Managing Director of the Company, a role he continues to hold with distinction.

Mr. Munot is actively involved in shaping the future of India’s automotive component industry. He is a member of the Executive Committee of ACMA (Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India) and the Management Committee of Indira Institute of Management, Pune. His participation in various prestigious forums highlights his leadership beyond corporate boundaries:
